Welcome to Halden. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Halden website (haldenhair.com) and your purchase of any products from us ("Halden", "we", "us", "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

**1. Who we are.** Halden is operated from Australia. You can reach us any time at haldenhair@outlook.com or by mail at Suite #1009, 79-83 Longueville Road, Lane Cove NSW 2066, Australia.

**2. Eligibility.** You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us or create an account. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

**3. Our products — important cosmetic notice.** Halden topical products are cosmetics. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are for external use only. Ingestible products (such as gummies) are dietary supplements to be used as directed; they are not a substitute for a balanced diet or medical advice. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

**4. Orders and acceptance.** Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we suspect fraud. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order has shipped. We may limit quantities.

**5. Pricing and payment.** Prices are shown in the currency for your region and may change at any time. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; by paying you authorise the charge for your order total, including any subscription renewals you sign up for.

**6. Subscriptions.** If you buy a subscription, you authorise us to automatically charge your payment method at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal from your account or by emailing haldenhair@outlook.com. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not refund an order already processed. Prices and plan details may change with reasonable notice.

**7. Shipping and returns.** Shipping timeframes, destinations, and our returns and guarantee terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

**8. Consumer rights.** Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country, which apply in addition to these Terms.

**9. Intellectual property.** All content on this site — including the Halden name, logo, text, images and designs — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

**10. Acceptable use.** You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

**11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability.** The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable consumer rights, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

**12. Indemnity.** You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

**13. Changes.** We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

**14. Governing law.** These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
