THE 90-DAY HOLD YOUR GROUND GUARANTEE
Give Halden a fair go — use it daily for 90 days. If you're not happy with your results, email haldenhair@outlook.com within 14 days of finishing and we'll refund your first order in full. No need to return the bottle.
One guarantee claim per customer, on your first order only. Repeat and subscription orders are covered by our standard 14-day unopened return.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
Arrived damaged or incorrect? Email haldenhair@outlook.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For hygiene reasons we can't resell opened product, so most refunds are issued without a return.
