SHIPPING

Every Halden order is made to order and ships from our fulfilment centre in the USA.

 

Processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–5 business days before they ship. For the first 2 hours after you order, your order shows as “New” and you can still change your shipping address or cancel it. Once it moves to “Accepted” it goes straight to our fulfilment team and can no longer be edited or cancelled.

 

Shipping costs

• United States — free shipping
• Everywhere else (Canada, Australia, UK, EU, New Zealand and other supported countries) — flat $19, shown in your local currency at checkout

 

Delivery times (once your order has shipped):

• United States — 3–5 business days
• Canada — 5–8 business days
• Everywhere else — 7–10 business days

Including the 1–5 business days of processing, most orders arrive in roughly 4–10 business days in the US, 6–13 in Canada, and 8–15 everywhere else.

 

International orders

Because everything ships from the USA, customers outside the US may be charged customs duties or import fees on delivery, and customs clearance can occasionally add a few days.
