SHIPPING

Every Halden order is made to order and ships from our fulfillment center in the USA.

 

Processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–5 business days before they ship. For the first 2 hours after you order, your order shows as “New” and you can still change your shipping address or cancel it. Once it moves to “Accepted” it goes straight to our fulfillment team and can no longer be edited or canceled.

 

Shipping costs

• United States — flat rate, currently around $6, on any order size
• Canada — flat rate, currently around $22
• United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and other supported countries — flat rate, currently around $28

All rates are set in Australian dollars and converted to your currency at checkout, so the exact figure you pay is always the one shown on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

 

Delivery times (once your order has shipped):

• United States — 2–4 business days, USPS Ground Advantage
• Everywhere else — 3–5 business days, FedEx

Including the 1–5 business days of processing, most orders arrive in roughly 3–9 business days in the United States and 4–10 business days everywhere else.

 

Alaska and Hawaii

Our fulfillment partner cannot currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If you order from either state we will contact you and refund you in full.

 

International orders

Because everything ships from the United States, customers outside the US may be charged customs duties or import fees on delivery, and customs clearance can occasionally add a few days.
